Our Clinical Methodology

Our process is rooted in medical fact. We translate complex medical diagnoses into clear, quantifiable future needs. Our expertise allows us to identify necessary care that non-medical professionals often overlook.

  • In-Depth Medical Record Review: We synthesize voluminous medical histories, identifying pre-existing conditions (comorbidities) versus acute traumatic sequelae.

  • Collaborative Consultation: We interface directly with treating physicians, surgeons, and therapists to confirm prognoses and anticipated therapeutic interventions.

  • Diagnostic & Functional Analysis: We assess functional capacity, evaluating the patient's ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).

  • Precise Coding & Costing: We utilize CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and HCPCS codes to assign accurate costs based on specific geographic regions and Usual, Customary, and Reasonable (UCR) fee schedules.
